NEW YEARS EVE

An elegant Georgian building, set in its own grounds, The Hendon Hall Hotel, London dates back to the 1500's and was known to have been recorded in the Doomsday book. The building was owned by David Garrick, an 18th century English actor and playwright and a big influence in the theatre during this time. The hotel has the atmosphere of a warm and welcoming country house, yet it is only eight miles from the centre of London and one mile from Junction 2 of the M1 and even nearer to the A1 dual carriageway which runs just to the North of the hotel.
The fully air-conditioned hotel boasts 57 beautifully and individually decorated traditional style bedrooms comprising doubles, larger doubles and four-poster bed suites. All rooms are en-suite with Elemis toiletries, have mini bars, satellite TV, ironing centres, fax/modem ports, hairdryer, fresh coffee facilities and WIFI internet access. The hotel also has beautiful gardens, a restaurant and a cocktail bar.
The Hendon Hall has the feel and atmosphere of an English Country house with a sophisticated atmosphere.
 

Check in from 3 pm, the bar opens at 4pm and the entertainment starts at around 7 pm. 
Our own very popular New Years Eve Murder Mystery starts at 6.00 pm when you are all allocated characters to play for the evening. 
Using your notebooks and pens, you meet your fellow sleuths and suspects and the fun begins.
The evening develops over dinner with the main action between courses. 
When the suspicious death occurs, you visit the scene of crime and examine the body.
Be wary, you could be a victim and the murderer could be you.
You submit your answer and you could be the winner. 
The Super Sleuth of the evening wins a bottle of Champagne and certificates are awarded.
The Murder Mystery ends around 10.00 pm.  

After the Murder Mystery there is an excellent disco to dance away the year and celebrate the NEW YEAR and the bar stays open until late
